NPC Signs MOU with Human Rights Commission of Pakistan

National Peace Council has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Human Rights Commission of Pakistan to expand joint monitoring, reporting, and advocacy efforts on minority rights protection. The partnership formalizes years of informal collaboration and will fund shared field offices in three additional provinces over the next 18 months.
